Joanne M. Barnaba
Joanne Barnaba is an active musician owning a large music school. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Crane School of Music, and a Master's degree in Education.
A native of upstate New York, Joanne moved to South Carolina in 1997, where she lives with her accountant husband and daughter. Two older sons are musicians both living in Charlotte, NC.
Joanne has written and published numerous professional articles for trade magazines.
When not writing or researching her historical romances, Joanne operates her Ebay store, A Grand Time.
She also enjoys traveling with her family and planning home exchanges to Europe.
Her first novel, FATAL FORTUNE, has won Best Historical, 2005, in the Virginia Fool for Love contest.
FATAL FORTUNE also placed First Runner-Up for the 2006 MARLENE award, Historical Category.
She is a member of CRW, GRW, FTH, HTH, and is now a PRO member of RWA.
